Initiate the Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble the Rakabot unit and place it back into its original packaging, ensuring all components, hardware, and instruction manuals are included.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit to ensure it is in resalable condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
